"With You I'm Built-in Once again" is a 1979 duet written by Carol Connors and David Shire that originated on the soundtrack of the 1979 movie Fast Pause. The music from Fast Intermission was credited to David Shire and James DiPasquale, and Ballad Connors put words to four of the songs on the soundtrack album.
